30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee will apply to returns initiated after 30 days from the delivery date. This fee is specifically applicable when materials are returned due to surplus product, over-ordering, or changes in the customer’s project requirements.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The flooring materials must be in the same condition as received
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and unopened
Products must be in their original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided prior to return shipment, showing the materials are in original, undamaged condition

Each plank features ultra-realistic embossed-in-register decors and a powerful AC6-rated wear layer—the highest durability rating available on the market.
Digitally designed and produced with an impressive 1–24 plank repeat pattern, SEQUOIA XL uses a modified HDF Green Core for superior water resistance, and it has been NALFA tested to withstand joint surface swelling for up to 72 hours. Backed by a Lifetime Limited Residential Warranty and a 15-Year Limited Commercial Warranty, it offers both style and reliability. For enhanced acoustical performance, Eternity Flooring recommends using EssentiaLAY Ultra EVA 3mm Underlayment or the Enhanced Acoustical Vapor 2mm Rubber Underlayment.
