30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee will apply to returns initiated after 30 days from the delivery date. This fee is specifically applicable when materials are returned due to surplus product, over-ordering, or changes in the customer’s project requirements.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The flooring materials must be in the same condition as received

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and unopened

  • Products must be in their original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided prior to return shipment, showing the materials are in original, undamaged condition
